The service api.onestudio.vn is a free, publicly accessible API that serves Vietnamese administrative address data (provinces, wards, and old-to-new address mapping tables). It is provided as-is to support the OneStudio Vietnam Address for WooCommerce WordPress plugin and any other software that wishes to use it.
Acceptable use This service is intended for reasonable, good-faith use consistent with looking up Vietnamese administrative address data for legitimate applications (such as WooCommerce checkout forms). We reserve the right to rate-limit or block requests that we determine, at our discretion, to be abusive, excessive, or not made in good faith.
No warranty This service is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of uptime or availability. It is not intended as a sole point of failure: software using this service (including the OneStudio Vietnam Address for WooCommerce plugin) is expected to function correctly even when this service is temporarily unavailable.
Self-hosting The source code for this service is open source and available at github.com/onestudiovn/onestudio-vietnam-address-api-server. If you would prefer not to depend on this hosted instance, you are welcome to run your own copy instead.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

api.onestudio.vn is a free data API operated by OneStudio, providing Vietnamese administrative address data (provinces, wards, and old-to-new mapping tables) for use by the OneStudio Vietnam Address for WooCommerce WordPress plugin and its self-hosted alternative.
What data we receive When a request is made to this service, we receive:
- Administrative lookup codes (e.g. a province or ward code) sent as GET request query parameters.
- Standard web server request logs: IP address, timestamp, and the requested path. These are generated automatically by the web server for any HTTP request and are not tied to any user account, since this service has no accounts, logins, or cookies.
We do not receive or store any personal data, customer information, or order data. Requests contain only address lookup codes, nothing that identifies an individual person.
How we use this data Request logs are used only for basic operational purposes: monitoring service health, diagnosing errors, and preventing abuse. Logs are retained briefly and are not analyzed for tracking or profiling purposes, and are not shared with any third party.
Third-party sharing We do not sell, rent, or share any data collected through this service with third parties.
Data source The administrative address data served by this API is sourced from VietMap under the VietMap Administrative Data License.
